Beschreibung / Description Blick von der Augustusbrücke in Dresden elbaufwärts mit Brühl'scher Terasse und alter Johannstadt.
Illustration zu einem Eintrag in das Familienstammbuch des Dresdener Hof-Baukondukteurs und Hof-Bauschreibers Johann Gottlieb Schwender(1770-1844). Der Eintrag stammt von Johann Friedrich Hagedorn, einem Freund Schwenders, datiert auf den 7. April 1810. Das Bild zeigt eine detailgenaue Nachzeichnung eines Kupferstiches von Christian Gottlob Hammer(1779-1864) aus einer Sammlung von Landschaftsbildern und Stadtansichten ,die 1810 vom Dresdner Kunsthändler Heinrich Rittner unter dem Titel "Dresden mit seinen Prachtgebäuden und schönsten Umgebungen" herausgegeben wurde.
