La decoración de la cúpula la realizó el prestigioso pintor Murillo en 1667. Los 8 óleos circulares muestran los 8 santos de Sevilla (San Hermenegildo, San Fernando, San Leandro, San Isidoro, San Laureano, Santa Justa, Santa Rufina y San Pio), mientras que la pintura rectangular de mayor tamaño situada en el centro muestra la Concepción Inmaculada.

Die acht rundumlaufenden Ölgemälde zeigen acht Heilige aus Sevilla (Hermenegild, Ferdinand von Kastilien, „den Heiligen“, Leander, Isidor, den hlg.
